Welcome
Thank you for taking the time to visit the SBTS Writing Center! The need for this extension site was born out of two necessities. First, we needed space to address common SBTS Writing issues by offering tips. Second, and arguably more important, we wanted this space to foster exploration for the wonders and joys of writing. Here you will find resources, and even blog posts, to this end. To access style guides and tips for typical SBTS Writing assignments, use the top navigation or click here.
As future leaders of the church, communication is the fundamental "gig" for seminary students. More and more, this communication will be through the written medium. We sincerely hope you enjoy the new space. Please check in often for tips, tricks, and inspiration!
